Effects of FEC on PSMU
Abstract
The widespread use of social media among adolescents has raised concerns regarding problematic social media use (PSMU). This study evaluated 946 Chinese adolescents to investigate the relationship between family emotional communication (FEC) and PSMU, with alexithymia acting as a mediator and childhood neglect as a moderator.
