Awareness Courage & Love: A Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP) Intervention for LGBTQ Community Members
Abstract
The current study looks to investigate the effectiveness of a 4-week group training for LGBTQ community members based on Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP) simplified to an Awareness, Courage, and Love (ACL) model. The ACL training focuses on personal disclosure and responding to such disclosures in authentic and validating ways.
