New training centre building design

The task of the diploma thesis was to solve the project documentation for the design of a new training center in the village of Chaloupky near the city of Klatovy. The land designated for construction is mostly flat, irregularly rectangular in shape without existing construction near the airport. The building has no basement, in the area of the restaurant, rooms designated for accommodation and the training area the building is two- storey, in the other parts the building is single-storey. The roof structure of the building is a combination of flat, hipped and vegetation roof. The shape of the training center is irregular. The building will house 16 double rooms designated for accommodation, a restaurant, wellness and training facilities. The training center is based on reinforced concrete strips. The perimeter walls are made of ceramic blocks supplemented with thermal insulation. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of prestressed ceiling panels. The stairs in the building are designed as steel. The doors of the training center will be aluminum, and the window structures will be plastic with triple-glazed insulation.
