SALX — Canonical Freeze Declaration

This project contains the Canonical Freeze Declaration of the SALX corpus. The document formally and irrevocably declares the canonical freeze of all previously published SALX works, including foundational, audit, and applied projects (LAW and MED). The declaration does not introduce new content, interpretations, or extensions. Its sole purpose is to define the frozen state of the SALX corpus and to establish a clear separation between the frozen works and any future derivative projects. This document serves as a formal closure act for the SALX corpus.
