Abstract

Increasing the energy efficiency of green buildings is critically important in today's conditions of increasing energy costs and climate change. Given that the construction sector consumes a significant share of the world's resources, optimizing energy consumption allows not only to reduce operating costs, but also to reduce the carbon footprint. The implementation of innovative solutions in design and construction is becoming a key factor in achieving sustainable urban development. Research is gaining particular importance in the context of growing requirements for the environmental friendliness of buildings and government initiatives for energy conservation. The development of new methods for analyzing and optimizing energy efficiency will allow architects, engineers and developers to create objects that combine economic feasibility with environmental responsibility. Based on the research, analytical dependencies were obtained and reference materials were developed for calculating the weight coefficients K113 of the change in transmission costs when the proportions of faceted buildings change. The calculations take into account: the area of the enclosing structures, the parameters of the building shape, the ratio of translucent and opaque elements, as well as the thermal characteristics of each structure. The results obtained open up new opportunities for optimizing the design of green buildings in order to achieve a high level of energy efficiency. A mathematical model has been developed to determine the optimal proportions and the K113 coefficient in order to reduce the transmission costs of the building.
