Summary of Ontological-Metaphysical Argument for the Truth of the Strong Goldbach Conjecture
Abstract
This document expands on a philosophical-theological-mathematical argument asserting that the strong Goldbach conjecture is necessarily true, grounded in the premise that mathematics reflects the ordered wisdom of a divine Creator. Drawing from biblical Wisdom literature, Kurt Gödel's ontological proof of God's existence, and a deep analysis of the conjecture's mathematical barriers (viewed through the "Creator's lens"), we conclude that Goldbach holds eternally by architectural necessity. While not supplying a formal deductive proof in Zermelo-Fraenkel set theory (ZF) or Peano arithmetic (PA), this framework claims ontological certainty: a counterexample is metaphysically impossible in a coherently designed arithmetic structure. Computational verifications up to astronomical scales and partial results (e.g., the weak conjecture's proof) provide evidential support, but the ultimate "proof" resides in the existence and rational perfection of God.
