Abstract

Longitudinal phantoms synthesised for the work presented in the manuscript "Longitudinal quantitative streamline tractography: robust estimation of white matter connectivity differences" (https://github.com/ppruc/sift2_unbiased). Ground truth fibres used for dMRI image synthesisation are based on the previously published DiSCo3 phantom.
