Fire station

The diploma thesis deals with the preparation of the design documentation for the construction of a fire station building with nearly zero energy consumption. The proposed building is partially basemented, has two above-ground floors and is located on a predominantly flat site on the southern edge of the town of Česká Lípa. The two-storey administrative part contains offices, sanitary facilities, rest rooms and storage areas. The single-storey part of the building consists of garages with five bays for fire-fighting vehicles and a separate washing bay. A flat roof with installed photovoltaic panels and an outdoor unit of the heat pump is designed above the garage section. The roof above the administrative part is designed as a flat green roof.
