Abstract
Reflective Memo: When I began writing this essay, I honestly hoped to find the advantages of grading curves through research. This is because I am in many classes that are graded on the curve.Unfortunately, the more research I did, the less favorable grading curves appeared.I found a lot of very interesting research that was done on grading curves and it was very hard to fit it all into one cohesive essay.
