Abstract

This research article addresses the systemic disconnect between administrative management and biopsychosocial factors in the Colombian school environment. The study focuses on the problem of the fragmentation of welfare policies, which are often implemented in isolation from institutional strategic planning. The main objective is to analyze the integration of teacher and student well-being as a dynamic capacity of educational management, evaluating its impact on organizational and pedagogical outcomes. The methodology adopted is based on a mixed-methods research approach with a descriptive-explanatory design, employing document analysis techniques, structured surveys, and in-depth interviews with school administrators. The results are expected to identify significant correlations between organizational climate and academic performance, culminating in the formulation of strategic guidelines that transcend the welfare-based approach toward educational management based on holistic well-being. The relevance of this study lies in its potential to redefine educational quality in Colombia from a humanistic and efficient perspective.
