Il saggio è frutto della ricerca PRIN 2022 dedicata alla storia dell'editto del pretore, il contributo inquadra una tappa ulteriore nella ricostruzione della storia dell'editto pregiulianeo a partire dalle opere dei giuristi ad esso dedicate. The essay is the result of the PRIN 2022 research dedicated to the history of the Praetor's edict, the contribution frames a further stage in the reconstruction of the history of the edict in the pre-julian era, starting from the works of jurists dedicated to it.
