Abstract

The relevance of the topic is determined by profound transformations in work organization caused by digitalization, intensified global competition, economic instability, and the growing role of innovative entrepreneurship as a key factor of sustainable development and long-term competitiveness of enterprises. In the current economic environment, enterprises face increasing pressure to ensure flexibility, adaptability, and efficiency while maintaining innovation capacity and human capital development. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the role and importance of hybrid work organization models as an effective managerial instrument for stimulating innovative entrepreneurship and enhancing the adaptive capacity of enterprises under volatile market conditions. The methodological framework of the research is based on the use of general scientific and special methods, including theoretical generalization, system and structural-functional analysis, comparison, abstraction, synthesis, and logical modeling, which allowed a comprehensive examination of hybrid work models and their impact on entrepreneurial activity. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of hybrid work organization models creates favorable conditions for increasing innovation activity, strengthening organizational flexibility, optimizing the allocation and use of resources, and improving labor productivity. It is established that hybrid forms of work organization contribute to the development of human capital, support employee motivation, facilitate knowledge sharing, and promote the formation of an innovative organizational culture oriented toward continuous improvement and strategic development. The research also demonstrates that hybrid work models enhance enterprises’ ability to respond effectively to external shocks, economic fluctuations, and structural changes by integrating strategic objectives with modern management practices. The practical value of the article lies in the possibility of applying the obtained conclusions and analytical results in the development of enterprise strategies, human resource management systems, organizational policies, and managerial decisions aimed at the effective implementation of hybrid work models in innovative and knowledge-intensive enterprises across various sectors of the economy.
