Abstract

Core Data Schema v0.1 defines the canonical long/tidy table structure for BSMI datasets released as bsmidata. It specifies required columns for identifiers, biological system context, conditions and perturbations, replicates, time structure, measurement metadata, and QC flags, and enforces the linkage of every measurement to a Codebook-governed stability axis and measurement name. The Core Data Schema is used by all public bsmidata releases and canonical analysis code (Component 30), enabling joinability, auditability, and checkpointed trajectory analysis across studies. MISTAB (05.2) defines what information must exist for BSMI conformance; the Core Data Schema (05.3) defines how that information is encoded in files.
