Abstract

MISTAB v0.1 (Minimum Information for Stability Biology) defines the minimum information content required for a dataset to be considered BSMI-conformant. It specifies the essential study-level, system-level, perturbation, contextual, temporal, and multi-axis measurement information that must be recorded in order for stability-space analysis to be interpretable, auditable, and reusable. MISTAB explicitly requires sufficient context to support checkpointed trajectories, not merely endpoint measurements, and strongly recommends inclusion of a proteostasis/proteasome backbone axis where biologically appropriate. MISTAB defines what information must exist; the Core Data Schema (05.3) defines how that information is encoded in canonical files.
