Abstract

Governance, Licensing & Stewardship defines how Stability Biology is licensed, how it can be used and extended, and how its intellectual property is managed as an open, non-extractive commons. It clarifies default licences (GPLv3, CC BY-NC-SA), expectations for research vs commercial users, contribution norms, and conflict-of-interest handling, in coordination with the "Anti-Enshittification" Charter (05.4).
