Abstract

This component provides translations of the Organizational Exploitation Scale and the Dutch Workaholism Scale (DUWAS-10; Schaufeli et al., 2009) in eleven languages: Dutch, German, Hindi, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Persian, Portuguese, Swedish, and Traditional Chinese. For languages where validated versions did not previously exist, scales were translated using a three-step back-translation procedure (Hambleton et al., 2004).
