Педагогический потенциал образовательного сегмента Республиканской информационно-образовательной среды : онтологический аспект

The article examines the qualitative content of the totality of pedagogical opportunities and resource support for an important structural component of the Republican information and educational environment — its educational segment. From the standpoint of practical application and on the basis of theoretical and methodological generalizations made, the characteristics that make up the essential understanding of a high-tech platform system-environment organization as a developing structured multifunctional pedagogical system are determined. Taking into account the ontological aspect of the study, the author understands the strategic prospects and direction of improving the systemforming foundations of the information and educational environment — the structure and substantive resource content.
