Environmental Impact of Australian Diets Scoping Review
Abstract
This scoping review has been commissioned by NHMRC as part of a revision to the 2013 Australian Dietary Guidelines. The aim of this scoping review is to identify the available evidence on the environmental impacts of consuming different dietary patterns, protein-rich foods and ultra-processed foods (UPFs), in the Australian context. The review will explore the study characteristics and findings, synthesise summary evidence, and identify evidence gaps in Australian research.
