Parcoursup du côté des enseignants : pratiques et représentations des enseignants dans les établissements d'accueil
Abstract
This thesis analyzes the selection practices on Parcoursup based on a qualitative survey of three higher education teachers involved in reviewing applications. He examines the concrete processes of evaluation, grading, and sorting of files, as well as the persistent tensions between objective criteria and subjective judgments. The study highlights a diversity of practices, a significant workload, and differentiated uses of algorithmic tools. It demonstrates that Parcoursup, far from being a simple technical device, contributes to phenomena of dehumanization, stress, and disengagement, while relying on evaluation frameworks that sometimes conflict between secondary and higher education. This work thus allows for a better understanding of the concrete mechanisms by which inequalities in access to higher education are created on a daily basis.
