Abstract
ITA: La tesi studia l'interesse di Poggio Bracciolini per le antichità romane, manifestato nelle lettere inviate a Niccolò Niccoli, apportando nuove conoscenze allo studio dell'antiquaria di Bracciolini e a vari eventi legati alle maggiori personalità della prima metà del XV secolo. ENG: This thesis studies Poggio Bracciolini's interest in Roman antiquities, as expressed in his letters to Niccolò Niccoli, providing new insights into Bracciolini's antiquarianism and into some events connected to the major figures of the first half of the 15th century.
