Scoping Review of Digital Health Technologies for Elderly with Mild Cognitive Impairment
Abstract
This scoping review systematically collates the application types, intervention programs, and effects of digital health technologies (including Virtual Reality training, robot-assisted training, computerized cognitive training, etc.) in elderly patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). It identifies research limitations (such as small sample size, lack of standardized outcome indicators) and practical bottlenecks, and provides evidence-based references for technology transformation and research optimization in the field of elderly MCI nursing. The literature search covers 10 Chinese and English databases (CNKI, Web of Science, PubMed, etc.) with a time limit from the establishment of the databases to July 15, 2025, and finally 25 studies are included.
