Abstract

Tb927.3.1660 is a candidate regulator of expression site body transcription in bloodstream form Trypanosoma brucei, identified by proximity labelling of proteins in the expression site body near the protein ESB1 (Tb927.10.3800). Transcriptomic analysis of Tb927.3.1660 knockdown by tetracycline inducible RNAi and overexpression by tetracycline inducible expression from an exogenous locus.
