Operacions de desgel en aeroports europeus: anàlisi i optimització de processos
Abstract
Through a systematic analysis of historical operational and meteorological data from different European airports, the impact on operational punctuality and the associated delays and costs of de-icing operations is assessed. This study is complemented by the analysis of real-world case studies and the comparison of operational procedures, with the objective of identifying opportunities for improvement in terms of operational efficiency, cost reduction, and delay minimization during de-icing operations. Finally, optimization strategies based on predictive models are defined, aimed at adapting de-icing operations to both varying climatic conditions and different airport operational schemes, in order to minimize the impact of these operations on overall airport performance.
