Abstract

The development of neuroscience over the past few decades has transformed our understanding of the human brain, with significant implications for education, psychology, and the business environment. This article analyzes how neuromyths, misinterpretations of neuroscientific findings, affect talent management, lifelong learning, and organizational culture, perpetuating limiting beliefs and counterproductive decisions. Strategies based on neuroplasticity and scientific evidence are presented to overcome these barriers and promote more inclusive and effective work environments. It also reviews successful business cases and explores neuroeducational methodologies applied to training and business management. Neuroscience offers opportunities for a more adaptable, innovative, and sustainable organizational model.
