Application of intelligent robot rounds⁃based health education in the perioperative period of PCI patients
Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of intelligent robot rounds⁃based health education in the perioperative period of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),and to provide a basis for optimizing post⁃PCI health education models.MethodsA total of 83 PCI patients admitted to the cardiology department of a tertiary hospital in Hangzhou from January to April 2025 were selected. They were divided into control group(37 cases) and intervention group(46 cases) according to the time of admission. The control group received conventional health education, while the intervention group received rounds-based health education delivered by an intelligent robot. The discharge readiness, health education satisfaction, and cost⁃effectiveness were compared between the two groups, along with the intervention group's feedback on the use of the intelligent robot.ResultsThe discharge readiness score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group.Their satisfaction with guidance on activity and rest, and the method of health education was higher than that of the control group, but their satisfaction with psychological guidance was lower, and all differences were statistically significant(P
