Low-carbon Robust Economic Scheduling of Park Integrated Energy Systems Under a Stepped Carbon Trading Mechanism
Abstract
For the purpose of carbon reduction and efficient economic operation of the PIES(Park Integrated Energy System), a low-carbon robust economic scheduling strategy for the PIES based on the flexible operation characteristics of the equipment under the stepped carbon trading mechanism was proposed. First, an equipment flexible operation model considering the start-stop state was established based on the energy flow framework of PIES. Then, a scenario analysis strategy was proposed to deal with the uncertainty of renewable energy output on the source side of PIES, and a multi-type electric-thermal flexible load model was established based on the dispatchable resource characteristics on the load side of PIES in order to improve the robustness of the system operation. Finally, based on the stepped carbon trading mechanism, an optimal economic dispatch model was constructed considering the source side, load side, energy conversion and storage side of the PIES with multiple types of complex operation constraints. The experimental results show that the proposed strategy is able to achieve multiple optimization of carbon reduction and economic improvement of PIES, taking into account the operation and maintenance costs of various types of equipment, carbon trading costs, and the interaction costs of the external energy network.
