Advancing Pediatric Cancer Care: A Scoping Review of Step-Care Nursing Interventions

This scoping review aims to map and synthesize evidence on step-care nursing interventions in pediatric cancer care. By categorizing interventions based on their intensity and the stages of the cancer care continuum, this review seeks to identify gaps and highlight the role of nursing interventions in managing the psychosocial, clinical, and educational needs of pediatric cancer patients and their caregivers. The review will also inform future nursing practice and intervention development, focusing on delivering care in a tiered, progressive manner based on patient and family needs.
