Cold Realities: Mapping Barriers and Facilitators to Frostbite Care Among People Experiencing Homelessness
Abstract
The primary objective of this scoping review is to systematically map and synthesize existing literature on the barriers and facilitators influencing access to frostbite-related healthcare among people experiencing homelessness (PEH) to identify gaps and inform future research, policy, education, and practice. The question guiding this review is “What is known about the barriers and facilitators to accessing care for frostbite among PEH?”
