The Great Escape

Reflective Memo: This essay is a reflection of why I love to write.When I was writing this essay, I thought about how my love for writing only increased after the event depicted.It was a bit hard to write this essay.I kept thinking back to what I went through and there were times when I reconsidered the topic.Ultimately, however, I decided to write about how writing saved my life because I felt that it explains my passion and who I have become.My goal is to have this essay published because I feel like others should be able to read this and know that if ever the need arises, reading and writing can become an escape from reality.
