Participant Sheets & Questionnares

This component contains all participant-facing materials, including study information sheets, consent forms, and the full set of self-report questionnaires used in the study. Questionnaires are included in their original formats and languages, with editable versions for translation or adaptation if needed. The self-report measures assess a range of constructs relevant to risk-taking, decision-making, emotional functioning, and family environment. They include: -The inclusion critera for tDCS experimets -TDCS side effects questionnare -Gambling-Related Cognitions Scale (GRCS): measures cognitive distortions and beliefs associated with gambling behavior. -Problem Gambling Severity Index (PGSI): assesses gambling risk and severity. -Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DASS): evaluates emotional distress across three domains: depression, anxiety, and stress. -Gambling Motives Questionnaire: explores individual motives for gambling behavior. -Brief Family Relationship Scale: assesses family functioning and relationship quality. -Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT): screens for alcohol consumption patterns and potential risk for alcohol-related problems. - Instructions for the Structural Clinical Interview These materials are intended for both primary and exploratory analyses, allowing investigation of potential moderators and covariates influencing cognitive and behavioral outcomes in the study.
