Abstract

Note that due to the size restrictions on individual files, the foldcomp database was split into 1GB parts for OSF. You will also need to download the other chunks from Foldseek_Databases To remake the database after downloading all chunks: `cat foldcomp_db.tar.gz_parta* > foldcomp_db.tar.gz && tar -xzf foldcomp_db.tar.gz`
