Abstract

This project contains the protocol, materials, and documentation for a PROSPERO-registered systematic review evaluating methodological and mechanistic fidelity in randomized controlled trials of reconsolidation-based interventions targeting naturalistic maladaptive memories in humans. The review assesses adherence to established reconsolidation criteria, preregistration practices, and risk of bias, examining whether these factors relate to treatment outcomes.
