Abstract

Scripts, data, and stimulus files for Candy, J., Martin, A., and Avery, J. A. (2026), "Non-linear estimates of nutritional properties, driven by health biases, lead to systematic errors in caloric food choice". Two online experiments using the same 68-image food set: nutrient, healthfulness, naturalness, and processing ratings (Experiment 1), and a two-alternative caloric choice task (Experiment 2).
