Data were collected through lifestyle questionnaires and blood pressure measurements. Spearman’s rho was used to analyze the relationship between variables. Result: Physical activity showed a weak negative correlation with the incidence of hypertension (r = –0.167), dietary patterns also demonstrated a weak negative correlation (r = –0.144), and resting habits had a weak negative correlation (r = –0.123). In addition, smoking habits showed a very weak negative correlation with the incidence of hypertension (r = –0.103).
