Abstract

This systematic review will be the first to synthesise and clarify the effect of fatigue on impact loading during running. It will also assist in identifying gaps in the literature and provide recommendations for future research; this is particularly important given the growing interest in measurement of biomechanical risk factors for running related injury with wearable sensors (IMUs).
