Abstract

This scoping review aims to map the existing literature and evidence regarding school leadership practices in primary and secondary schools across Africa during emergencies, including conflict, health crises (e.g., COVID-19, Ebola), and natural disasters. Following the JBI methodology, the review will identify leadership models, barriers to effective management, and the role of indigenous leadership styles like Ubuntu in fostering school resilience. The results will provide a knowledge base for policy alignment with SDG 4 and AU Agenda 2063.
