Abstract

This scoping review aims to map and synthesize the existing evidence on the educational environment in Obstetrics and Gynecology residency programs following the implementation of an Entrustable Professional Activities (EPA)–based curriculum. As postgraduate training increasingly adopts competency-based frameworks, it is important to understand how these curricular reforms influence the learning climate, supervision, feedback, and trainee experience. Using a Population–Concept–Context framework, this review will examine studies involving OB/GYN residents, focusing on the educational environment within residency programs that have implemented EPA-based curricula, in order to identify current evidence, gaps, and areas for future research.
