Abstract

Aging is associated with cognitive and motor decline, which can have a profound impact on elderly people’s daily activities. Dual-task performance, the ability to simultaneously handle two tasks, such as for example cognitive and motor activities, becomes increasingly challenging with age. Previous studies have identified age-related changes in the performance of cognitive and motor dual-task at the behavioural level.
