Abstract

This repository hosts the open materials for the manuscript. It includes cleaned datasets, reproducible analysis code (R/) for all figures and statistics. Time-stamped event markers align observations with key ritual moments (e.g., smoke signals and the Habemus Papam announcement). The workflow is fully reproducible with scripts from raw inputs to paper outputs.
