Full report - Journey to Success: Enhancing student recruitment and progression on F79 (Phase 1)

Journey to Success explores students’ motivations for enrolling in the MA in Translation Studies (F79) by analysing behaviours during the registration process. Using the COM--B framework of behavioural change (Michie et al., 2014), the study employs a mixed-methods approach based on survey and interview data from students to understand their decision-making. Aiming to address challenges of progression, retention and engagement in online education, the project seeks to create more supportive and effective learning environments that encourage long-term academic commitment and success through implementing effective changes in supporting the transition from undergraduate to postgraduate study.
