Abstract

This project contains data, materials, and analysis code from a three-wave longitudinal study conducted in Colombia between April and October 2025. The study examined how attitudes are associated with contact willingness toward groups differing in institutional legitimacy following the suspension of peace negotiations with the National Liberation Army (ELN). The dataset includes repeated measures of attitudes and contact willingness toward government supporters and ELN supporters, along with demographic variables and additional measures collected as part of a broader research program on intergroup relations in conflict-affected contexts. The manuscript titled “Group Legitimacy Constrains the Attitude–Willingness Link: Evidence From a Three-Wave Longitudinal Study in a Post-Negotiation Conflict Context” reports analyses based on a subset of variables from this larger longitudinal dataset. All variables used in that manuscript, along with the corresponding analysis scripts, are included in this repository. The full dataset is archived here to ensure transparency and reproducibility. Access may be restricted during peer review. A public version of the repository will be made available upon publication, in accordance with journal requirements and ethical considerations. All data have been de-identified prior to archiving.
