Legal Awareness Among Indian Secondary School Students: An Empirical Study

Abstract

This study examines the level of legal awareness among Indian secondary school students, focusing on constitutional rights and cyber law literacy. The research is based on survey data collected from fifty students and evaluates support for introducing structured legal education within the secondary school curriculum. The findings suggest strong student support for compulsory legal literacy beginning at the middle school level.
