[Molecular mechanism of HNRNPC mediated ferroptosis in Ang II-related coronary heart disease].
Abstract
, total Fe, MDA, 4-HNE and HNRNPC protein in Ang II group increased significantly, and the level of FTH1 protein decreased significantly, and those changes were reversed significantly in Fer-1+Ang II group. Conclusions The imbalance of iron homeostasis mediated by HNRNPC/FTH1 signaling pathway may drive Ang II-induced cardiac ferroptosis.
