Abstract

In this study we contribute to a scientific investigation of improvisational theatre on various variables that measure creativity, acceptance and psychological well-being. In a controlled trail, 30 participants in the intervention group and 28 in the waiting control group completed 6 different tests and questionnaires prior and post to a 6-week improv intervention or waiting time respectively. The study is now published as "Improv to Improve: The Impact of Improvisational Theater on Creativity, Acceptance, and Psychological Well-Being", Journal of Creativity and Mental Health, (2021), https://doi.org/10.1080/15401383.2020.1754987
