Abstract

Conceptualization and testing of workers' spontaneous use of generative AI. Enabled by AI tools, this behavior represents a new form of bottom-up behavior with potentially significant impacts on individuals, organizations, and society. In this study, we measure and test this behavior, examining potential influencing factors and outcomes.
