Abstract

A novel geometric–dynamic approach to the Riemann Hypothesis combining Semantic Collapse Geometry (SCG) and Nested Uplifts Inevitability (INU). The paper reformulates RH as a curvature-energy equilibrium and whitening-stability condition within a coupled curvature–evidence system, offering a testable framework linking prime-gap geometry, spectral self-adjointness, and dynamic threshold phenomena.
