Meta-analytical evaluation of the influence of personal and interpersonal consumer motivations on the willingness to pay a higher price for tourism services
Abstract
The study analyzes the influence of conspicuous, snobbery, creep, and hedonic consumption behaviors on consumers' willingness to pay higher prices for tourism services. Previous studies will be collected and analyzed using a meta-analytical approach to identify the key factors affecting purchasing decisions in this sector. The methodology will include a systematic review and statistical analysis to assess the impact of these behaviors on the perception of value. The expected results will quantify how the desire for prestige, social influence, and pleasure-seeking drive payment decisions, with direct applications for developing more sustainable tourism marketing strategies and policies.
