Abstract

This dataset contains the statistical data, R code, and MEG results (illustrated in videos) required to replicate the analyses in the paper entitled "Neural oscillations supporting gender categorization of faces and body silhouettes". The study tests the hypothesis that intra-gender similarity of faces and body silhouettes initially processed in separate neural networks but later recruits a common neural circuit during gender categorization.
