Abstract

Foldseek database of all 17.7M proteins. Tarball is split into 4.8GB chunks to comply with OSF file limits. To extract, run: `cat foldseek_db.tar.gz_parta* > foldseek_db.tar.gz && tar -xzf foldseek_db.tar`
