Abstract

This repository supplies (a) R scripts that implement missing-pattern methods combined with proximity-based random-forest imputation, (b) utilities for simulating missing data under multiple MNAR mechanisms, and (c) step-by-step instructions for propensity-score analysis via inverse probability of treatment weighting (IPTW), illustrated with an empirical application to the NLSY79 dataset.
